Rob Mullock and Patrick Cauldbeck
Rob and Patrick have worked in Organisational Development and Training for over 25 years. Prior to this their backgrounds were within line management in the retail and catering sectors. Over the years when Rob worked in corporate life he held substantial positions of responsibility including Head of Training and Development for the Metro Group. He has been accountable for million pound budgets, the leadership of large teams and the training and development of up to 250,000 employees from the front line to the executive board level. In 2009 Rob set up Avago and focussed on working with a range of organisations on their leadership development and organisational effectiveness. He sees his role within Avago as being to work closely with like minded people to deliver top class training and development interventions which result in real improvement. Avago is now a significant training provider offering high impact training and development to a small group of clients both in the UK and internationally. Clients include Metro Group, Local government, Superquinn and a number of Senior leaders from a diverse group of businesses attached to our personal coaching program. |
In his time within training Rob has developed a deep understanding of people and how to gain the best results from all behavioural styles. He is licensed with many useful development products such as the Human Synergists LSI and Positive Power and Influence suite of instruments.
Today Rob’s work often involves assisting with far reaching organisational projects such as working with a main board to adopt a particular leadership style and assist in the design of a culture change for the organisation. Rob uses a strong coaching approach to help senior managers develop performance building improvement.
Patrick is particularly interested in management education and leadership development. After working in retail superstore management he joined WH Smith at their Staff Training College. He was later responsible for training and management development for Makro UK. He has an MBA from Stirling University where he is a recognised tutor working on graduate and post graduate programmes.
Patrick has recently developed and delivered leadership and change management training in Ireland, China and the Ukraine.
